Terms and Conditions<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\r\nThese terms and conditions aim to define the conditions and procedures for the use of the DePulse<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provided by DePulse<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).\r\n

    \r\n
  1. Definition of User<\/strong>: Members and non-members who access and use the services provided by the Company.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Service Details<\/strong>: The Company provides the following services:\r\n
      \r\n
    • Provision and copying of digital content (e.g., templates)<\/li>\r\n
    • Customer support for buyer inquiries<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
    • Service Agreement and Payment<\/strong>\r\n
        \r\n
      • The service agreement is concluded when the customer completes payment on the product details page.<\/li>\r\n
      • Payment can be made via credit card, simple payment methods, etc.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
      • Refund Policy<\/strong>\r\n
          \r\n
        • If a refund is requested before the copying process is completed (pre-work), a 100% refund will be issued.<\/li>\r\n
        • Once the copying is successfully completed and the files and guide materials have been delivered, refunds are not possible.<\/li>\r\n
        • In case of missing data or errors, a refund or re-delivery is possible after verification through the customer service center.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
        • Copyright<\/strong>: All content is copyrighted by the Company or the creator, and unauthorized reproduction and distribution are prohibited.<\/li>\r\n
        • Disclaimer<\/strong>: The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the user’s device environment or lack of understanding.<\/li>\r\n
        • Amendment of Terms<\/strong>: The Company may amend these terms and conditions if necessary, and will provide prior notice of any changes.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

          These terms and conditions will take effect from April 3, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
