Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions aim to define the conditions and procedures for the use of the DePulse (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provided by DePulse (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
- Definition of User: Members and non-members who access and use the services provided by the Company.
- Service Details: The Company provides the following services:
- Provision and copying of digital content (e.g., templates)
- Customer support for buyer inquiries
- Service Agreement and Payment
- The service agreement is concluded when the customer completes payment on the product details page.
- Payment can be made via credit card, simple payment methods, etc.
- Refund Policy
- If a refund is requested before the copying process is completed (pre-work), a 100% refund will be issued.
- Once the copying is successfully completed and the files and guide materials have been delivered, refunds are not possible.
- In case of missing data or errors, a refund or re-delivery is possible after verification through the customer service center.
- Copyright: All content is copyrighted by the Company or the creator, and unauthorized reproduction and distribution are prohibited.
- Disclaimer: The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the user’s device environment or lack of understanding.
- Amendment of Terms: The Company may amend these terms and conditions if necessary, and will provide prior notice of any changes.
These terms and conditions will take effect from April 3, 2025.
